Yes. Signed-in customers can choose Add Credits to My Account. This is a popular option because certain preset purchase amounts include bonus value, giving you a higher credit balance to use on future HereSpa checkouts.
Your credits are stored in your HereSpa account. When booking an eligible service on the HereSpa website, select Use account credit in the payment section during checkout.
HereSpa gift cards are delivered by text message to the recipient's mobile number after purchase. If the recipient already has a HereSpa account linked to that number, the value is added to their account. If not, the text will guide them to create or link an account with that phone number.
Once accepted, the gift card value becomes HereSpa account credit. The recipient signs in, books an eligible service on HereSpa, and applies the credit during checkout.
No. HereSpa gift cards and account credits do not expire and do not have service fees, except where a different rule is required by law.
Yes. If the booking total is higher than the available credit balance, the customer can apply the credit during checkout and pay the remaining balance with another payment method.
Yes. You can add a short optional message when sending a HereSpa gift card. The message is included with the recipient's gift card text.
