Homes, apartments, offices, hotels, event venues, rentals (e.g., Airbnb), and bedside setups can all work when the service allows. Confirm permission and share building rules, parking, or mobility notes in your booking notes.
Do I need to prepare anything?
Choose a clean, well-lit area when possible. Setup and cleanup adapt to your space; some services may need water, electricity, or listed prerequisites.
Is travel included in the price?
Yes. Travel is included in the price.
How do I pay and tip?

Can I reschedule or cancel?

What does the Service Quality Guarantee cover?
Contact HereSpa within the applicable guarantee period if the service was materially not performed as described in the booked service description or a paid selected option was materially omitted. The standard period is 5 days; eligible Beauty Member services may have 7 days. Remedies are reviewed case by case and subject to Terms.
Is it safe?
Providers are vetted and licensed where required. Masks and gloves are available on request.
What about pets or kids?
They are welcome. Please keep them a safe distance from sharp tools or hot devices.
Can I multitask during the service?
Usually, yes. It depends on the service, but many clients work, take calls, or relax while we work.
