This Policy describes our practices for collecting, storing, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information in the United States. If you are located or reside outside of the United States, please do not use the Portal and do not provide us any information, understanding that we owe you no duty of privacy or security.
You are accessing and using our Portal to review our products and services and potentially to exchange information to schedule in-home beauty and personal care services that will be provided strictly by independent contractors and not directly by Us (“Services”). Thus, it is your intention by using the Portal to receive such information from us and from our third-party service providers who offer such Services.
This Policy applies to information we collect:(1) on this Portal; (2) in email, text, and other electronic messages between you and this Portal; (3) through mobile and desktop applications and forms you download from this Portal, which provide dedicated non-browser-based interaction between you and this Portal, and (4) when you interact with our advertising on third-party websites and services, if those applications or advertising include links to this Policy.

By entering your contact information on the Portal, you consent to receive e-mails, telephone calls, text messages and artificial or pre-recorded messages from us, our affiliates, and our third-party service providers, regarding in-home beauty and personal care services at the e-mail address and telephone/ wireless number. You understand that your wireless carrier’s standard message and data rates apply. We only collect the minimum amount of personal information necessary to fulfill the purpose of your interaction with us. We do not sell your information to third-parties other than as contemplated within this policy and your use of our website. If you do not want us to use your information in this way, please do not submit your personal information on our Portal. You may also consent to a Service Provider and/or HereSpa taking a photographic image at the conclusion of rendering Services to confirm that such Services were performed or for promotional use, provided no such image will identify you by your full face and such image will not be used in promotion by HereSpa or the Service Provider without your express permission if given to either HereSpa or the Service Provider. You may revoke such authorization by sending a written request as set forth in “Accessing and Correcting Your Information” below.
We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information:

We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Links to Other Web Sites. Our Portal may contain links to other web sites. Company is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of those other websites.
Mergers and Acquisitions. Circumstances may arise where for business reasons, Company decides to sell, buy, merge or otherwise reorganize its businesses in the United States or some other country. Such a transaction may involve the disclosure of personal identifying information to prospective or actual purchasers, and/or receiving such information from sellers. Agents. Company employs or engages other companies and individuals to perform business functions on behalf of Company. Affiliated Businesses. Company works closely with affiliated businesses operating web site stores, providing services or selling products on each other's Web sites. These businesses identify themselves to customers. Customer information related to a transaction with an affiliated business is shared with that affiliated business.
Marketing Analysis by Third Parties. Company reserves the right to disclose to third parties personal information about customers for marketing analysis; however, any information disclosed will be in the form of aggregate data that does not describe or identify an individual customer.
No Liability for Acts of Third Parties. Company will exercise all reasonable efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of customer personal information. However, transmissions protected by industry standard security technology and implemented by human beings cannot be made absolutely secure. Consequently, Company shall not be liable for unauthorized disclosure of personal information due to no fault of Company including, but not limited to, errors in transmission and unauthorized acts of [ABC staff and/or third parties].
Your California Privacy Rights. Beginning on January 1, 2005, California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits customers of ABC who are California residents to request certain information regarding ABC's disclosure of personal information for their direct marketing purposes. Within 30 days of receiving such a request, ABC will provide a list of the categories of personal information disclosed to third parties for third-party direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year, along with the names and addresses of these third parties.
