Nicole is just a ball of laughs. I really appreciate her upbeat attitude and she looks at the pictures. I show her and knows exactly what I want and provides that she also works with me because I have to lay down periodically to release the pressure on my back so I can't sit for long periods of time and she works with me on that as well. this was my first visit from Nicole. She was friendly and quickly assess the situation and I informed her I would have to lay down after every couple of minutes because of my pain. She said no problem I can handle it and then she spent maybe another 510 minutes asking me questions about my haircut where do I like it? What was the big problem area, etc. where I felt like she really had a good handle on what I needed and then she was flexible with me as I needed to rest in between cutting sessions and offered to help me clean up any hair that had fallen stray on the bed or on the floor. Eboni is truly fantastic. I have an incredible amount of very thick hair and finding someone who can manage that has been very difficult. Eboni not only identified what I wanted, looked at the picture I provided, and gave me the haircut I wanted, she did all this while I was laying in bed incapacitated she is respectful of your house and clear in communicating what she can do for you.
