this was my first visit from Nicole. She was friendly and quickly assess the situation and I informed her I would have to lay down after every couple of minutes because of my pain. She said no problem I can handle it and then she spent maybe another 510 minutes asking me questions about my haircut where do I like it? What was the big problem area, etc. where I felt like she really had a good handle on what I needed and then she was flexible with me as I needed to rest in between cutting sessions and offered to help me clean up any hair that had fallen stray on the bed or on the floor. Eboni is truly fantastic. I have an incredible amount of very thick hair and finding someone who can manage that has been very difficult. Eboni not only identified what I wanted, looked at the picture I provided, and gave me the haircut I wanted, she did all this while I was laying in bed incapacitated she is respectful of your house and clear in communicating what she can do for you. Ebony was a delight. With my medical conditions, we had to do some odd alterations, including at one point cutting my hair while I was laying down she took everything in stride. In fact, she is the one who suggested one of those. I showed her a few pictures and I got exactly the haircut I wanted. I highly recommend her.
